SMIV AND EQE Characterization System
This system analyze current and voltage characteristics and EQE measurements of solar cells under various wavelengths.

This system is a complete current-voltage (I-V) characteristics, EQE (Iph -Wavelength ) measurements.
The system contains the following elements:
I-V system, source meter
Voltage range: -20 V to +20 V
Current range: 100 pA  to 250 mA
-  I-V Solar IV  software
Wavelength range: 380 nm-1050 nm

PHOTORESPONSE SYSTEM measures the followings
